i don't think it's actual narcolepsy cause i don't just pass out on the spot. i just get sleepy and it feels really impossible to resist. happens at work, at school, when i'm driving, etc. i've tried a few things to combat it. more sleep, less sleep, more caffiene, less caffiene, better diet, vitamins, etc. nothing has worked so far except doing something physically active in the moment i feel sleepy to get my blood circulating. but that's not always a practical option. this is sort of a new problem for me though... i don't remember ever having this issue previously. the only other thing that works is certain drugs.. but once again not exactly a practical option in most cases.

winter really blows. I feel tired all the time, too. Then again I also have a severe iron deficiency so that'd do it, too.
