I'm 18, never considered emancipation because I thought it wouldn't work out very well, I wouldn't have been able to handle money, plus you have to speak out against your parents or something right? They didn't ever do anything wrong, we just had an unfortunate time. It doesn't matter anymore anyway seeing as I'm an adult.

but since you're 18 i won't even advise that route cause i think you can probably find a job. i dunno your area though. but look for temp agencies. there are tons of places that will hook you up with a **** dead end job that has a high turnover rate.

Nah I can't buy drugs. Poor as dirt and no job or prospects at the moment. Which is why I really only get high when I'm with friends anymore, and I like getting high, so that's some more bitching.

I've had my birth certificate for a little bit, which I was waiting for to get an ID (then job), but we still need like $30 for that and can't spare it yet.

It might be a long shot but you might be able to get under the table work too. My first job was under the table because I was in the same position and it wound up being an incredibly important part of my growing up and having the interest in food that I do.
