I went to Target today and it wasn't even busy. My understanding of the world is kind of in shambles now.

nah, I just have really terrible social anxiety and the atrocity I witnessed at the grocery store today magnified that by about 200%.

I ended up going back and it was actually worse the second time.

People are seriously fucked up for Christmas.

I can just about guarantee that the employees of our nearest Target store are probably ready for suicide right now.
