That's not a new level of stupidity, it's just lacking familiarity with the store's coupon system.

Janszoon 07-28-2014 06:05 AM

I'm with DJ and Briks on this one. The store's policy is stupid and it seems pretty reasonable for the customer to be confused by it.

Goofle 07-28-2014 06:10 AM

Yep. That's a ridiculous system in place at that store.

The Batlord 07-28-2014 08:35 AM

I know, I was all like, wait, so you can't get a card of some sort in the middle of summer? That just seems like poor business sense.

This is mostly a local complain, some drivers here are the worst and literally have no consideration for other drivers. everyday i spot a driver just being a prick they stop on the middle of the street to talk to ppl on the sidewalk with other cars waiting behind them! the balls shameless ppl have are amazing ive seen guys do this sh*t while hitting on schoolgirls passing by..

the other day i saw a woman stop in the middle of the street to read the logo of a store..
im guessing she was looking for a particular store but she wasn't familiar with this area but instead of pulling to the side to not obstruct traffic she just stopped in the middle of the street cause f*ck everybody, right? she has to find her stupid store!

Oh and the best thing is if you honk at these ppl they get mad at you! like you're the one something wrong by interrupting them..

Oh, don't get me started on bad drivers. I'm sure they're pretty bad where you live, but sometimes I feel like I need one of these:

:p:

One of those would be helpful around here, the messed up thing is cops here do the same sh*t too! you can't escape it so one it's likely to eventually end up doing it cause why should you be a considerate driver to ppl who aren't considerate to you?

i feel that's the general mindset of most drivers here.

that's a stupid policy though.

Why would you have one quarterly and then end it early for whatever numbers they need and have a gap in the period where people can't earn points.

The points card/system is stupid and I agree with that customer.

It wasn't so much that he was asking questions, it's that he was wasting so much of my time doing it. (Furthermore the terms and conditions are fully written on the back of the card.)

I wish we'd get rid of those stupid things because we have to mark them by hand, which can get tiring, and it's just a huge waste of time at the register. (Or maybe I'm just really impatient because I'm hardly on duty as a cashier.)

But aren't you being paid to explain the details of a company card? I think in a job like that you need to be patient, not everyone understands things to the same level.

Carpe Mortem 07-28-2014 05:00 PM

LiL's job fills her with so much hatred, she's more metal than Batlord and I combined.

Pass the crown, dude. There is a far more deserving candidate.
