I absolutely agree. I hate the heat and especially humidity. In Christchurch it was dry heat which I managed and could even enjoy but in Auckland it's fecking horrible. I love their winter though, it's warm to me!

damn i was planning on graduating this year in december but apparently i funked up and will still be missing one class. one open elective class :///
off the top of my head i have a few options. 1. i could try and swing an extra class next semester. but that means i have to write a letter to the board explaining why i should be able to and since im not even currently in the city where ill be going to school next semester in, this could be problematic in terms of guidance (as far as i can tell its more of a "who you know" type deal and i dont spend time talking to advisors) 2. i can take half the classes this semester and postpone graduuatiing until may. or i could take all but one class this semester and take one next year, while also knocking off some courses for my designation. this sounds like the best option atm but if i were to graduate sooner i could probably get a job that would pay for my designation classes so that would kinda suck. alternatively i could do all 3 (1 class, job, designation) but i dont want some shit tier part time job, id rather work in my field and while its not impossible (i could try working part time for the job had last year) im not sure how theyd feel about a non-grad working. blech. interesting sitch ive gotten myself into here. i will also take advice as long as its not stupid |

My acid reflux is back again and I'm starting to worry that I've just been drinking too much lately and my body's having about none of it.
25 seems too young to have to go clean, man.

Got a job offer working as a well paid receptionist at a music academy... but it would clash with my long time night job's schedule pretty much leave right when I'm supposed to be starting the janitor stuff. Gonna see if my boss would be cool me starting a little later.

Don't be a pussy. That's what liver transplants are for.

You seem to forget that I live in America. That liver would come 7 years after I'm already dead and then they'd charge my next surviving blood relative before throwing it in the garbage.
