Sounds like you broke it. You probably won't be able to bend it all the way down again if you don't have it set properly.

POS used car.

I just discovered yet another problem with this car I bought used less than a year ago.

Here's the problems I've had with it. Some I've fixed others I had to have professionally repaired.

• The battery was useless and had to be replaced
• there was a loose wire attached to the battery that constantly drained the battery. Eventaully I discovered the wire and replaced it, but not before...
• the loose wire ruined ANOTHER battery
• the brakes were ****ed.
• there's no freon for the air conditioner

And just today, the hydraulic system for the hood is busted, and now the hood WON'T stay up, which is a huge problem cause I need to put windshield fluid in the damn thing. I have to find someone else to prop the hood open for me.

I hate used cars! You never can tell what you're buying and all that **** definitely was not on the car fax report I got. Never ever ever ever buying a used car from that place again.

EDIT: Oh I forgot to mention. The car had 1000 miles on it when I bought it. You're guess is as good as mine how the car could accumulate so many problems in such a short length of time; like the hydraulics for the hood, how the f did that break!?

That sucks, Wpnfire. I feel your car pain, to some extent - at the end of last year I bought my very first ever brand new car after a lifetime of dealing with used cars. Then, a few weeks ago, someone decided to smash into it. Yay.
