I've thought about that as being the easiest answer, but would they be able to come at me with a debt collector or something saying I owe however much in fees?

What kind of contract do you have with them? If you've already fulfilled your obligations to them or if your membership is supposed to be a month to month thing that you can cancel any time then they'd have no standing to claim you owe them.

heh I'm going to be moving cities in a month so ill have to cancel my membership. It's cancellable per month though, I've never even heard of ones you couldn't close at any time or bill you for cancelling early. Now I'm really hoping I don't have to deal with that haha

I know :( I've had much less free time these past few months and I haven't really listened to as much new music as I would like to. The club just became something I couldn't keep up on.. and this summer I won't have means to dload anything which really limits me more.

I'd like to apologize for this. I didn't really mean any of it.
At that game I was talking about that day my team lost, the guy I referred to as being fat became the unfortunate center of my anger at my team losing.

We've all been there, man. When your team loses, those smug *******s whose team won can incite some irrational rage.

What if a black guy had won? you think would've gone on a racist rampage?

And if he had, would you have shown this kind of tolerance?

the mind wonders many things.

No. I'm just saying that misplaced rage is forgivable. There are things which cause people to become emotional - sports are one - and judging a person based on how they act when upset is not rational, because people don't act rationally when upset.
