Not when you have to have a ****ing system to give people gifts, I find that really agitating. I just want to buy people things I think they would like, but my family is making me do some really stupid secret santa thing for just one person, so I would rather not be bothered. They got offended when I told them it was a really frustrating way to go about giving people gifts.

My family does this too, because we're all poor as fuck. What I do is take the money I would have spent on their gifts and donate it on their behalf, then give them the certificate or receipt or whathaveyou.

a similar thing is happening in my world this year but I imagine I'll still be buying gifts for everyone just so I don't look like a stingy asshole.

I don't do the xmas exchanging of gifts. Saves all the associated bullsh*t ...I've got my xmas present and i'm more than happy with it so as long as i'm happy to hell with everyone else......I just don't care
