ever since microsoft got it's grubby diseased hands on skype it got worse and runs really slowly :\

UPS is the absolute bane of my existence. I ordered a really nice set of mixing bowls a few weeks ago, and they came today. But when I looked at the box, it was smushed and wrecked. I opened it to find all 5 mixing bowls smashed. F*cking smashed like I dropped them on the floor. They are ceramic and were really well packaged too, like f*cking Fort Knox of styrofoam in there. Do they play football with people's parcels or something? The deliery was insured but UPS has horrendous customer service so I really don't want to deal with them again. Ever. In my life.
