Yeah, thats kind of my point. It's rude and it's bad manners.
Of course I could have spoken up and reduced the time I spent waiting and in not doing so, in being stubborn (pathetically really, as if I only did it out of curiosity to see how far she would take it so I could bitch about it) I only made matters worse for myself, but it still would have been rude on her part. |

Last night right before I drifted off to sleep, (I sleep on my belly) a spider crawled under the palm of my hand then stopped to snuggle there. I flew upright and brushed him/her away. It's cute but disgusting @ the same time...

We think we love them because we feel we are missing something in our current situations so we pine for them, but it's not quite them so much as our picture of them that we've created in our minds, made up of the best of that person. It's not real, as we learn to our sorrow But it's still a situation that sucks on either side, so I'm sorry for your situation |

I feel you, it's difficult sometimes to shove off the marks left on us by others, especially if they're really deep, per se. Some people's claws just never leave you.

In terms of my mother; she actually paid back the first $300 as promised. I'm actually almost stunned. Then again, I do get paid a week from tomorrow and expect more to be borrowed then.
I don't want to put a "borrowing limit" on her, because it's my mom, but she's borrowed well over 2 grand she's NOT paid back at all by getting me to buy smokes, food, and lottery money every single check. On the insane off chance that I do win the lottery, I'll still split it with her 50/50, but CHRIST. I'm not rolling in dough or anything as it is. I'm still barely above the poverty line, and she makes almost $5 an hour more than I do, with better benefits. I have to shell out $87 per check for health, dental, and vision insurance for myself, while she pays $55 a check for comparable coverage for herself AND my little sister. Plus, she's union, and I am not. BUT. I will say that I ****ed up my tax forms and pay way more than I should in federal and state taxes. Last year, at my job from September to the end of the year, I still got almost $900 combined. And this year, I didn't bother to change it, so my refund is going to be off the chain. Since I'm about to start my Twin Peaks half sleeve with an owl and some elements of the show, I'm pretty stoked. I may even get a photo-realistic Dale Cooper when the refund check comes in.

everyday i am reminded by one thing or another about the pussification of this country. i cant believe how many complete idiots out there engage in this fake, ultra-hyper sensitivity. it's some sort of selective pseudo-outrage that so many people nowadays are doing. i see it in real life, on tv, even on this forum and everyone knows who does it and who doesn't. people and their needs to be the victim and have attention and sympathy. the pussification of this world continues but i'll never let it infect myself or my family
