That road tax thing sounds ridiculous.

Come to Chicago. With all the freeze/thaw constant weather changes, the contraction and expansion really screws with the asphalt. You'll be convinced the roads over there are state-of-the-art.

We were #2 a few years ago according to this list:

People who don't understand the rules of personal space annoy me.

Oh, poor you. You have to take two seconds to go around some dude on a bike.

Or maybe you just suck at walking.

I'm surprised Toronto isn't on that list, lol! We have some of the worst roads in North America, but that's what happens with winter lol.

I think I've about mastered it...

No, you read that complete wrong. I'd rather not be hit by anything, so having bikes -- which are classed as road vehicles anyway --- on the road where they belong reduces the chances of that happening. Now, as for those ****ers in wheelchairs...!

I lived in Chicago for many years and I gotta tell you, Philly has it beat easily when it comes to potholes.

Any car that is on the road must pay tax, wither one person owns 3 cars or 300 on the road he must pay the individual road taxes.

So cyclists who are using up our money for their cycle lanes should be paying damn tax because the roads in this country are a ****ing joke. I have no idea how many times I have damaged my car due to potholes.
I mean as unfair as that is for you, it still doesn't mean bikers can't be on it. Because logically, the way you've said it to me, the more environmentally harmful your car is, the more you pay. So, bikers who don't use any emissions (other than farting) don't need to pay to use the road.
