1. What piece of old-style technology do you miss, and why?

I kinda miss the VCR just cause it's not a digital thing that can lag or crash, it just goes when you press the button.

2. What's your favourite flavour(s) of crisps/potato chips?

I'm a simple man who loves sour cream and onion.

3. If you could visit any planet, real or fictional, which one would it be?

What planet is there to walk on but Mars? If I can't walk on it then it's not as good. I want to be able to just stand there and imagine the low grade claustrophobia of a world as big(ish) as Earth but where no matter where or how far I walked I would encounter nothing of life or civilization so I might as well just be on a treadmill.

4. What was the last thing that made you lose your temper?

Last night when the kitchen sink faucet apparently broke and I got woken up at 3am with mother pounding on my door screaming to know what I'd done and I just slowly lost my **** having to deal with her cause I had no idea what happened to the sink but she was convinced I'd broken it.

First time in a good while we've had a dust up but it was a loud one.

5. What's your level of gardening? Green thumb? Black thumb? No interest etc?

I can use a shovel.

6. What do you think is the single most important issue in the world today?

Do you plant tulips?

Saturn, because it's obviously the coolest planet. I agree I want to be able to stand on it so saturn itself is a bit of a bummer in that way, but I could chill on Titan.
4. What was the last thing that made you lose your temper?
I lose my temper internally all the time at people not distancing in public spaces, but I can't remember the last time I really lost my temper in a screamy way. It's rare nowadays, it may have been more than a year ago. The last time probably would have been family drama.
Oh wait I also lost my temper in cyberspace at OH a few months ago, I guess that counts.
5. What's your level of gardening? Green thumb? Black thumb? No interest etc?
I've never done more gardening than helping out my mom now and then so I don't have the skills, but I love it. Gardens are important.
6. What do you think is the single most important issue in the world today?
Idk wealth disparity or something

1. What piece of old-style technology do you miss, and why?

I'm not really old enough to miss anything that old, but iPod classics. Phones generally have less room and slow down when you load them up too much.

Saturn, mainly to explore the moons (especially Enceladus), have the best view, and maybe meet Sun Ra.

Can't go into details, but it came from the frustration of being unable to do anything about institutions ****ing over my friend.

Unfortunately not able to grow anything now, but I've grown good tomatoes, thai dragon peppers, and green onions before. I eventually want my own garden.

1. What piece of old-style technology do you miss, and why?

None, it's old and outdated for a reason, we just have better stuff now. Do I miss tapes or VCR? Nope, it was a pain in the ass to skip songs or fast forward. Walkmans or discmans, too bulky and cumbersome. Ancient cellphones? Nope nope nope. I love new technology, I love that my phone is like a computer, that I can stream stuff, music and video. We live in incredible times!

Plan salt. Or also maybe sour cream or garlicky.

Something with life on it.

4. What was the last thing that made you lose your temper?

Probably a few months back, at work. Arrogant and stubborn people are a trigger for me. I try to be reasonable, but when someone doesn't have arguments to support their input and yet stubbornly insists that it be accepted "because", I flip. So I ended up raising my voice to this stubborn lady who was giving us tax input and just couldn't explain the reasoning AND was being arrogant. Sorrynotsorry.

5. What's your level of gardening? Green thumb? Black thumb? No interest etc?

Black thumb, but doing my best to improve. Well not maybe my best. More like my minimum. Plants are complicated and slow, and most of them don't show signs of what you're doing wrong until it's too late.

6. What do you think is the single most important issue in the world today?

That people are shit. I think that about sums up the world's problems.

I always liked making a phone call using a rotary dial phone when I was a kid. Something about the spinning dial and the sound it made while spinning always appealed to me.

Can't think of anything recently but whenever someone is driving like an idiot and nearly hits me in traffic I usually let the expletives and hand gestures fly.

Green thumb. I've been growing fruits, vegetables, flowers and cannabis since the 70's so I like to think I'm rather good at it by now.
