1. What film do you wish they had/hadn't made a sequel to, and why?
Heavy Metal. The sequel sucked. 2. If you could have any dinosaur as a pet, which would it *be and why? Probably a centipede. 3. Have you ever tried taking up some hobby you found you were terrible at, and if so, what was it? If not, is there anything you would like to take up but don't think you'd be good at? I'd love to take up gymnastics, but I don't think my body would cooperate at this point. Plus, theres all those chances of breaking my nuts on a beam or something. 4. Who is the most vulnerable person you know, physically, emotionally or otherwise? Note: you're free to exercise any discretion/privacy you want on this question, or indeed skip it entirely. No triggering intended. Batlord and OH. They seem to really need the everyday affirmations. ![]() 5. What has been the worst thing about the pandemic for you? Not being able to breathe. 6. If there's a power cut, what do you do to pass the time? Play mah Uke.

1. Go to your bookshelves (or wherever you keep books), close your eyes and randomly grab a book. Open to page 30 and quote the first full sentence on the page.
"The term 'interior design' sums up the organizational aspect of the domestic environment, but it does not cover the entire system of the modern living space, which is based on a counterpoint between DESIGN and ATMOSPHERE." 2. You can keep only 3 books for the rest of your life. Which would they be? The Brothers Karamazov, Leaves of Grass, and Ficciones. 3. What is your ethnic background? British, Lithuanian, French, Danish 4. Describe one of the most embarrassing moments in your life. Being corrected by Ty Segall on how to properly pronounce his name. 5. What is your ultimate comfort food? Anything cheesy. 6. What is the last film you watched in the theater? Not sure tbh, I think it was Hereditary. 1. What film do you wish they had/hadn't made a sequel to, and why? When it comes to bad sequels I can just pretend that they don't exist. I could see an In Bruges prequel being pretty great as long as McDonagh is still involved. 2. If you could have any dinosaur as a pet, which would it and why? A microraptor because I don't wanna deal with all the **** from the cooler dinosaurs that are hundreds to thousands of pounds. 3. Have you ever tried taking up some hobby you found you were terrible at, and if so, what was it? If not, is there anything you would like to take up but don't think you'd be good at? Nah I'm good at everything. It's pretty annoying tbh. 4. Who is the most vulnerable person you know, physically, emotionally or otherwise? Note: you're free to exercise any discretion/privacy you want on this question, or indeed skip it entirely. No triggering intended. A family member of mine is in the middle stages of Alzheimer's after years of being mostly immobilized from a stroke. 5. What has been the worst thing about the pandemic for you? A friend died. 6. If there's a power cut, what do you do to pass the time? Move items from the freezer to the fridge so that my food doesn't spoil. After that, go for a walk, play some music, write/read if there's enough light, sleep if it's too dark.

1. What film do you wish they had/hadn't made a sequel to, and why?
Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo and to be clear that doesn’t mean Breakin’ 3 but Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo Part Two 2. If you could have any dinosaur as a pet, which would it and why? ![]() The green one. Can breakdance and cute. 3. Have you ever tried taking up some hobby you found you were terrible at, and if so, what was it? If not, is there anything you would like to take up but don't think you'd be good at? I was decent at fishing as a kid. Caught catfish with chicken livers. Catfish can live even in urban lakes. But as an adult, I tried to fish and I can’t keep my gear working or catch anything. I think it’s really hard to fish in Florida without a boat but people reel in big ass fish from the beach, piers, bridges, riversides, lakefronts and on and on. Those Chinese dudes fish off the beach and they’re always catching ****. 4. Who is the most vulnerable person you know, physically, emotionally or otherwise? Note: you're free to exercise any discretion/privacy you want on this question, or indeed skip it entirely. No triggering intended. I’m not sure. I don’t see much of that now that I’m no longer a teacher. It used to be disabled kids who live in high crime neighborhoods. 5. What has been the worst thing about the pandemic for you? Same answer as Bat. 6. If there's a power cut, what do you do to pass the time? Read.

1. What film do you wish they had/hadn't made a sequel to, and why?
They should've left the first Ginger Snaps alone, but I don't really mind. Like Frown said, you can just ignore bad sequels. I can't think of a movie I want a sequel to really. 2. If you could have any dinosaur as a pet, which would it and why? I think the baryonyx is cool af, or a brachiosaurus if its neck was strong enough to lift me up high 3. Have you ever tried taking up some hobby you found you were terrible at, and if so, what was it? If not, is there anything you would like to take up but don't think you'd be good at? I'd like to be able to dance well but i don't think I'd be good at it 4. Who is the most vulnerable person you know, physically, emotionally or otherwise? Note: you're free to exercise any discretion/privacy you want on this question, or indeed skip it entirely. No triggering intended. I guess some people on here. Also some family members and friends I worry about, but I'm not sure I'd call them vulnerable in general. I was an extremely vulnerable kid though 5. What has been the worst thing about the pandemic for you? It triggered serious issues in people close to me 6. If there's a power cut, what do you do to pass the time? Read

1. What film do you wish they had/hadn't made a sequel to, and why?
First one that came to mind is the yet to be released Steven Spielberg version of West Side Story. I'll probably see it whenever it's released (Spielberg's such a putz about release dates - remember the whole "I won't release Lincoln until after (what turned out to be) the Obama re-election?) Pussy ass. ![]() 2. If you could have any dinosaur as a pet, which would it and why? No. Just.. no, thanks. 3. Have you ever tried taking up some hobby you found you were terrible at, and if so, what was it? If not, is there anything you would like to take up but don't think you'd be good at? Playing the trumpet. You gotta be like Satchmo and know from the git that you were born to play it. My god, that thing's muthaf*kka to blow. But, if only once, I think everyone should give it a go. ![]() 4. Who is the most vulnerable person you know, physically, emotionally or otherwise? They're dead. 5. What has been the worst thing about the pandemic for you? Roomates up in my ass. Miss my one bedroom flat (which I'm working on arranging, ASAP). ![]() 6. If there's a power cut, what do you do to pass the time? I know what I'd like to do. But, barring company, bust out my D batteries, pump up the volume on my broken down boom box and jam.

1. What film do you wish they had/hadn't made a sequel to, and why?
I want Harry and the Hendersons 2. I want to see how the Bigfeet children grow up and which subjects in school they take interest in. 2. If you could have any dinosaur as a pet, which would it and why? Liopleurodon. They swim fast and exemplify the best characteristics of dinosaurs. 3. Have you ever tried taking up some hobby you found you were terrible at, and if so, what was it? If not, is there anything you would like to take up but don't think you'd be good at? Yes - playing guitar. 4. Who is the most vulnerable person you know, physically, emotionally or otherwise? Claudia Conway. 5. What has been the worst thing about the pandemic for you? Working from home and not having the incentive and motivation to shower in the morning. 6. If there's a power cut, what do you do to pass the time? Play Monopoly by candle-light. |

I get the the lack of motivation to take a shower every day but for me it's linked so strongly to my mental health. Forcing myself to keep doing it has been one of the main things keeping me sane in these times.

Yeah I hear ya. I always feel better after I shower. I used to shower in the morning before work. Now I shower during my lunch break. I have to do it though, otherwise my luscious locks feel greasy and nasty.

No lie I think I’ve gone as long as three weeks without a shower during the pandemic. After that long it’s wild how long you can scrub and keep removing dead skin and just whatever buildup. At that point a shower alone won’t do it. You have to shower then bathe then shower again then bathe again and scrub with rough loofa and you need a brush with dandruff shampoo it’s like a cake layer of solid dandruff on your head. And you have to bathe because there’s no other way but to soak your ass and your junk. Plus spraying it all down. Repeat.
