1. When's the last time you laughed really hard?

We’re laughing nearly every day here.
The other day we were laughing hard about sharting and cornholes.
... but, yeah, for that “really hard” spit-out-your-drink nearly-pee-your-pants laugh,
I still get that from watching QI, which we watch about three times a week.

2. What's something that's coming up in your future? Plans, projects you're working on, albums you're looking forward to, etc.

It’s kind of refreshingly different to stick with long-term plans instead of short-term ones for now,
but the most vexing part of that is when you have the artist-type wanting things right away that
won’t possibly materialize until late next year at the earliest under the most optimistic conditions.
I’m happily working on a new project that began in March of last year with an end date projected
to be August 2025. In about three weeks, I’m starting another project that I’m hoping will be finished
around that time also, but will have enough resources for a performance-installation in the Fall of 2023.

3. Do you eat the pizza crust or are you a toddler?

Yes to crust. Not that thin stuff that tastes like stale rice cakes, but a more Neapolitan crust for me.

4. If you didn't have to worry about necessities, what kind of environment (landscape, region, social, etc) would you like to live in?

Outside the US has always been preferable - Germany, especially - but also British Columbia.
I used to be drawn to really hot weather, but that’s starting to wane a bit because it's usually been
so oppressively hot in the last 10 years for such long stretches of time that I’m looking at closer to
90° maximums for shorter periods of time. Germany and British Columbia fall on the lower temperature spectrum,
but if things continue on the downhill slope, politically, that it has for the past 40 years, I will have to seriously consider places like that.

5. In a world with no pandemics, which MB member would you go to a concert with and which show would you want to see?

I really enjoyed hanging with Frown while seeing some great concerts and eating good Ethiopian and Indian food together,
but I also didn’t want for him to feel like granddad (and grandma) were always shadowing him, so we often kept our distance.

6. You have to go back in time and kill any infant except for baby Hitler. Which baby do you shake?

I don’t know how to answer this. I’m inclined to believe that there’s always a certain amount of evil
already in the world and that shaking up the timeline would, yes, make a difference, but we
couldn’t say whether that difference would actually produce better results.
Despite that, I’d side pretty much with grindy’s solution. I’d like to think that it would’ve
made a hell of a difference no matter what other negative things might’ve been inadvertently created.

1. When's the last time you laughed really hard?

Can't remember tbh, must have been a while ago.

2. What's something that's coming up in your future? Plans, projects you're working on, albums you're looking forward to, etc.

Sign O The Times Super Deluxe edition is out in September. It's three hundred pounds, not sure what that is in dollars but I'm not buying it.

3. Do you eat the pizza crust or are you a toddler?

I eat the crust at the end when I've eaten all the pizza.

4. If you didn't have to worry about necessities, what kind of environment (landscape, region, social, etc) would you like to live in?

Somewhere hot but with lots of things to see and lots of history. Rome or Barcelona seem about right. Maybe Florence. Maybe Seville. Maybe a nice French village.

5. In a world with no pandemics, which MB member would you go to a concert with and which show would you want to see?

I dunno. I'd go with whoever could supply the best drugs and be generous with them.

6. You have to go back in time and kill any infant except for baby Hitler. Which baby do you shake?

I'm not shaking any babies. I'd punch Macklemore one year ago.

Thanks Frown.

Last week, while reading Lennon’s In His Own Write/A Spaniard In the Works (thanks, Lisnaholic).

1. When's the last time you laughed really hard?
Maybe a month ago, it was something really stupid that my friend said. I was having a bad day too, so it was pretty great.

2. What's something that's coming up in your future? Plans, projects you're working on, albums you're looking forward to, etc.
I was finally getting my driver's license stuff done in the next couple of months, but they might be put back on hold if lockdowns get worse. I'm terrified of driving, so I was looking forward to finally becoming more independent and moving on in life.

3. Do you eat the pizza crust or are you a toddler?
I don't waste food, or try not to. Especially with my shrinking paycheck.

4. If you didn't have to worry about necessities, what kind of environment (landscape, region, social, etc) would you like to live in?
Japan, in one of the larger cities. It was so liberating being able to go anywhere and do anything without a car, meeting new people, doing whatever I felt like at anytime.

5. In a world with no pandemics, which MB member would you go to a concert with and which show would you want to see?
I'm annoying, so I wouldn't subject anyone here to my antics. I like going to concerts by myself and not having to worry about where friends are and if they're having a good time anyway.

6. You have to go back in time and kill any infant except for baby Hitler. Which baby do you shake?
Alex Jones. I feel he's more dangerous than hilarious.

Even in the countryside, unless you’re like deep in the Hokkaido mountains, the train station is going to be a reasonable bike ride away. Once you get on JR you basically have access to the entire country.
