what were you like as a teenager?
Hip-hop fashion in my early teens, a somewhat hippieish look in my later teens. Lots of partying and doing crazy ****. Good times.

if you could punch anyone in the face, who would it be?
Nobody. Punching someone feels terrible.

if you could name yourself, what would you be called?
I basically did name myself. Changed my name a few years ago. My birthname was very eastern-european and complicated, so I changed it to something aryan. Made my life much easier. I don't particularly love my new name though and family and friends still call me by my old name and derived nicknames. If I could chose any name without considerations for practicality I'd chose to have no name. That'd be badass.

which person, fictional or real, do you identify with most?
With myself. I rule.

what is the most random thing you've bought on the internet?
Bought an electric violin years ago and never really did anything with it. Wasn't that random though, I had plans for it. And I'll start any day now, I swear.

would you call yourself shy?
I'm pretty introverted meaning that I try to avoid unnecessarily talking to most people because they bore the **** out of me. I also don't have a lot to say to most people. I am perfectly capable of small talk but prefer not to, if not necessary.
But I don't have a general issue with social interaction and my job entails lots of communication and presentations and I love doing that in the professional capacity and am very good at it. I've also done lots of wild stuff in public back in the day. So it's more of a no.

Probs Macklemore. Liam Gallagher as well.

if you could name yourself, what would you be called?

There is nothing actually wrong with my name (Cuthbert) but had I been able to name myself, I'd have gone for something like George or William.

which person, fictional or real, do you identify with most?

No idea, never thought about it tbh.

what is the most random thing you've bought on the internet?

I can't remember. An old newspaper or something.

would you call yourself shy?

Yes.

Thank you for the questions Marie I enjoyed answering them.
Cuthbert is wild. I love it.
Is it as old timey and unusual as it seems to me?

what were you like as a teenager?

Arty farty hippie academic metalhead with long hair, anger issues, and a drug problem. Pretentious af, but more for calling myself a lot of middling pseudointellectual bull**** like "agnostic" and "libertarian" than for liking art or having a vocabulary.

if you could punch anyone in the face, who would it be?

Trump's too easy but still solid. Was initially thinking Ben Shapiro but after you punched him he'd just babble until he's reassured himself just like he always does and that sounds like more trouble than it's worth. There's Mitch McConnell but I feel like my fist would get stuck in his shell. I guess I'd punch the smug MAGA kid.

if you could name yourself, what would you be called?

Sisyphus because I'm always stoned lmaoooo

which person, fictional or real, do you identify with most?

I'm about 60% Mark, 40% Jez.

what is the most random thing you've bought on the internet?

I bought a part for a ring mod that is far beyond my putting together skills thinking that it was a full ring modulator. That and Don Joyce's ashes.

would you call yourself shy?

Nah I would call myself Sisyphus.

I relate, my landlady came by today and she's the kind of person who can literally talk for hours and say absolutely NOTHING and every sentence you say just adds another 15 minutes to the talking (I'm barely exaggerating, it's that bad) so I just sit there and nod hoping she'll shut up and she's like 'YoU'rE AlWaYs So SiLeNt' lol
I'm not really that kind of shy though, I'm not timid and I like doing weird things in public without shame. But I'd rather stick my own hand in a fire than take social initiative

Must be yet another thing where it's tougher to be a woman. When you're a big-ass guy it's much easier to look just the right amount of unfriendly that people leave you alone withough the need for getting outright rude.

True, women are generally conditioned and expected to act pleasantly. I'm relatively immune to that (one time some salesperson approached me to sell me whatever he was about, looked at my face, and said 'nevermind') but this woman cannot take hints

Yeah, I like Cuthbert too. It reminds me of "Mr. Rumbold."

I had to look this up, but if it's referring to "Peep Show,"
then I'm gonna have to start watching it 'cause I like
David Mitchell in "Upstart Crow" and he shows up
regularly on my favorite show of all time, "QI"
(I've bought the DVDs even tho they're
only available as British Region 2s).

what were you like as a teenager?

Style was kinda Peacock Zen Philosopher to Artsy-Punk.

if you could punch anyone in the face, who would it be?

Bob Dylan

if you could name yourself, what would you be called?

My last name is difficult for most people, but I don’t know what I’d change it to.

which person, fictional or real, do you identify with most?

I barely know any fictional characters and I find it hard to “identify” with real ones.

what is the most random thing you've bought on the internet?

I bought an erhu a while back and it’s still sitting near me, untouched.

would you call yourself shy?

Very specific people I like chatting with,
but I’m not one to actively look for people to be friends with.
