1) What is your favorite tradition from your childhood, that you would love to pass on if you were to ever have children (or if you already have children, what one tradition did you pass on that was most important to you?)?
I wouldn't say it is so much a tradition as it is a pastime, but I would love to continue going to this lake in Arkansas that my family has been going to sporadically since I was born. Beautiful place. 2) What was the funniest thing you have ever experienced? I don't really keep these things ranked, so I will just tell you a funny/weird story that happened to me recently. Some friends and I went to a local bar and there was a cover band playing. The keyboardist was smoking hot. We notice at one of the tables ahead of us, there was this middle aged nerdy looking guy watching her like a hawk. We thought this guy was her dad from the way he was acting. Later, he walks up, tells us he is training to become a pastor, and tells us he is going to marry that girl. We then find out he has never even talked to her, he just kind of follows the band around. Then he takes out a notepad to "gather" information about us. The bartenders look at us and mouth "Get the **** away from this guy", my friend grabs the notebook, scratches everything he wrote out, and the guy gives us this death stare before leaving. We thought we were going to get straight up jumped in the parking lot. Okay, so maybe not so funny...but definitely creepy. 3) What is your favorite piece of clothing? Why? My sweatshirt. It compliments me. 4) If you were a famous rockstar, would you have a pre-show ritual? What would it be? Nah, besides warming up my vocals or whatever instrument I was playing. I would be too nervous I would screw up to take drugs. After the show is a different story. 5) If you didn’t have to work/go to school, how would you spend your days? Assuming this means I also have money to live comfortable, I would travel and listen to music, and experience any new thing I could. That is about it. 6) Do you have a weird relative? Of course you do, we all do. Tell us about them. Yeah, my cousin is one of the craziest conspiracy theorists I have ever met. There are a few things I buy into myself (JFK assassination, 9/11), but my cousin takes it to a new level. While I was overseas, he told me to come back, buy a shotgun, and join him cause "We're gonna need ya out there..."

- I grew up with a family full of musicians and it was common for us to all jam and play instruments every night, and I remember those being the best times and most rewarding environment to grow up in. Now that it's ingrained in me and has enriched my life the way it has, I would definitely pass it on to my children. Keyword: Pass... not force. 2) What was the funniest thing you have ever experienced? - Life. If I didn't think it was hilarious, I don't think I'd survive it. 3) What is your favorite piece of clothing? Why? - An old pair of jeans with a back-story that's too long and personal to list here. 4) If you were a famous rockstar, would you have a pre-show ritual? What would it be? - Definitely lube up with some beer, ease up with friends back-stage and hang out with the other bands and exchange stories. It's how we always did it in the bands I was in when we played shows, and I wouldn't see any reason to change that if I were famous. At the very least, it would be comforting and familiar. 5) If you didn’t have to work/go to school, how would you spend your days? - Probably tearing my hair out due to boredom. I can't stand semester breaks for that reason. I much prefer having a schedule, as I end up enjoying my free time a lot more that way. 6) Do you have a weird relative? Of course you do, we all do. Tell us about them. - My dad is the weirdest one. I have millions of stories about that crazy bastard, but generally, picture Ned Flanders with an addiction to pain meds, alcohol, and a very perverted sense of humor. |

1) What is your favorite tradition from your childhood, that you would love to pass on if you were to ever have children (or if you already have children, what one tradition did you pass on that was most important to you?)? If my family sees a ****ty movie, then we all make fun of it MST3K style. Except better.
2) What was the funniest thing you have ever experienced? WalrusGuy's Youtube channel when he was still posting stuff. 3) What is your favorite piece of clothing? Why? I have pants I draw on called "The Illustrated Pants". Every time I wear them, I add something. 4) If you were a famous rockstar, would you have a pre-show ritual? What would it be? I would light my hair on fire! Every time! I'd need a lot of wigs. 5) If you didn’t have to work/go to school, how would you spend your days? I have no idea. I assume you'd see me around the forum more. 6) Do you have a weird relative? Of course you do, we all do. Tell us about them. I have an uncle who isn't really an uncle, he's more of a family friend, but everybody considers him a member of the family. Nobody has any ****ing clue what he does for a living. Every time we ask him, he gives some weird story about mailing letters to companies advising weird stock ideas which always work. He is currently in the hospital because he stepped on a tack. I think it has something to do with diabetes. but I don't really know. Maybe it's some sort of insurance scam.

The Christmas Tree, the whole thing is nostalgic, decorating the tree, then having a tree with blinking christmas lights, inviting friends and family over, Christmas music etc. 2) What was the funniest thing you have ever experienced? meh 3) What is your favorite piece of clothing? Why? A yellow & white paisley Van Heusen 3 button down collar short sleeve shirt my uncle gave me when I was a teenager. I didn't have it long before it got ruined. It was really strange how it happened too, a smallscrew driver for eye glasses was lodged in those tiny hole in the washer machine, pointing straight out, it tore up the shirt during the wash cycle. I was so attached to the shirt I didn't throw it out. I guess I was in such shock I was in denial, I hung it in my closet like nothing happened to it. The reason why it was so important to me was that it was a vintage shirt, (actaully a hand-me-down) but it had sentiemental value to it. I don't have a particular favorite piece since that happened, but Van Heusen is my favorite brand name for shirts. 4) If you were a famous rockstar, would you have a pre-show ritual? What would it be? I would play "I Feel Fine" on guitar and drink Rum & Coke just enough where I feel fine enough to face the audience. 5) If you didn’t have to work/go to school, how would you spend your days? I would probably read, listen to music and post on MB. If I would to do something special of the outdoorsy kind, I would want to walk the Appalachian Trial. 6) Do you have a weird relative? Of course you do, we all do. Tell us about them. Yes my aunt, she introduces me to her friends as her God-son, then tells her friends that being a Godparent is very important for Italians. Then I say 'it's no big deal,' then she'll says "yes it is a big deal, they made a movie about it."

A woodchuck would chuck all the wood he could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood. That's the only one I liked. |

1) Top 5 alcoholic drinkies?
Guinness, Grolsch, Black Sheep ale, Newcastle Brown ale and when im hammered Jagerbombs. 2) What was the last work of art (for want of a better phrase) to really have an impact on you for better or worse and why? Could be an album, song, painting, film, book or whatever. I really don't know. Maybe Alcest's Souvenirs d'un autre monde album because it's simply breathtakingly gorgeous. I don't think theres been anything since thats really had that much of an impact. 3) How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? Woodchucks can't chuck wood, its actually a myth but even if a woodchuck could chuck wood, why must we be so obsessed with exactly how much wood a woodchuck can chuck? 4) Withnail & I or the Big Lebowski? Withnail & I. Duh. 5) What's one of your favourite movie scenes and why? Give us a youtube clip of it as well if you can. 6) Aaaaaand finally, a prediction for this summer's World Cup winner please. Or do you not really care? Either Holland or Spain. Id love to say England but it'll never happen. |
