I came home from work early, my wife was home looking after our son (he just turned 2) and I did what I always do when my wife was home, knocked on the door then looked through the window... just in time to see one of the planes fly straight into one of the twin towers on the living room TV.
I remember swearing, but definitely didn't have the impression that it was the end of the world like some have mentioned here.

I think the difference may have been that you saw what happened right away, I just saw Manhattan in smoke. Quite a disturbing image..

I didn't see it live...it was one of the many replays.
Anyway, I remember saying at the time, that if a spaceship had come down to earth and zapped the twin towers it couldn't have been any more dramatic.
I still can't understand why we needed to invade two countries because of it though.

pissed on myself to prove a point but it ended up backfiring when I had to walk around all day with the wetspot til it dried getting weird looks from people. hate that rule of hydrate hydrate hydrate but you can only use the bathroom when we tell you to.

3) Where were you on September 11, 2001?
I was in Navy boot camp and the base was flooded with officers. I was still trying to learn the different between officers and chiefs because they both wear khakis. I was saluting like crazy and getting in trouble all morning because I had to go to a PT test by myself. :( I didn't even get to seen any of the footage til about 2 months later....we were basically kept in the dark. They did tell us what happened but seeing the footage would've been nice. We had a moment of silence then right back to drills it sucked.

4) What was the last thing you regret buying?
I never regret anything I buy...I get a little shopper's guilt every time I spend alot of money on something but get over it ten mins. later

tricking bullies into beating up people I don't like(mind raping is fun)
