You should really let that guy out once in a while.

I don't know. True the Republicans did kind of have a bit of a lynch mob after him, but he really was kind of corrupt, and he did seem more concerned about being popular than of being a good President. I personally think Obama was a much better President than Clinton, imo.

Yeah, it does kind of make me think of starting a journal that no one will read of course of a critique of each President in American history. Hold me back when I get to Trump though

Of course, I thought about doing that, but then, they're all going to be covered in my journal of the History of America, so it would probably have been redundant.

1. Do you bite, clip or cut your fingernails?

Bite.

2. If you see someone being pursued by the law (and assuming it’s nothing to do with you) what is your first thought/reaction?

"Run backwards so they won't shoot you!"

3. Name one thing that could have turned a “good” president (historically speaking - Lincoln, JFK, Clinton, Washington etc) into a bad one, and vice versa. In other words, in case you don’t get the concept, the single event or deed that could have defined their legacy in the exact opposite way it did.

George Bush not starting two imperialist wars would have been based.

4. If you were/are in the market for a new pet, how would you go about it? Shelter? Ad in the paper? Online? Pedigree purchase? Friends?

Shelter.

5. You move to a new town. Driving or walking by a house, you see the word PAEDO daubed in red on the door. What’s your reaction?

*PEDO

6. If you buy something relatively cheap, either online or in a shop, and it doesn’t work as it should, do you usually send/bring it back or just shrug and say it was only a few dollars, I couldn’t be bothered?

Thanks Batty. This I could have done without!

This article is about the sexual preference toward prepubescent children. For other types of sexual attraction toward children and adolescents, see hebephilia and ephebophilia. For the sexual abuse of children, see child sexual abuse and statutory rape.

My god, we live in a sick world.

1. What motto do you live, or try to live your life by?
I try to live by the golden rule. It doesn't always work out that way, but I try.

2. Drive slow/normal speed and careful or fast and reckless; everyone can just get out of your way? My mom says I'm a slow driver. I tend to adhere to speed limits. I live in a city where selfishness is at an all time high. Drivers believe that all roads belong to only them.

3. Are you completely convinced there is no afterlife, or do you hope there may be?
I hope there is.

4. What new movie are you most looking forward to?
Going to the movies is almost a foreign concept to me now. My wife is eager to check out Top Gun.

5. When was the last time you changed your TV, and from what to what?
I changed my TV four years ago. I went from a 55" Samsung LCD with blown capacitors to a LG 55" LCD that my kids have tried hard to wreck.

6. How much cash is in your pockets/wallet/purse at the moment (not credit cards)? Cash is still very much a necessity if you ask me. I tend to carry $200-300 at any given time.

1. Do you bite, clip or cut your fingernails?

Clip

2. If you see someone being pursued by the law (and assuming it’s nothing to do with you) what is your first thought/reaction?

I get the hell out of the way. That's the law, as far as I know.

3. Name one thing that could have turned a “good” president (historically speaking - Lincoln, JFK, Clinton, Washington etc) into a bad one, and vice versa. In other words, in case you don’t get the concept, the single event or deed that could have defined their legacy in the exact opposite way it did.

I think our Prime Minister could be decent if he didn't follow "do as I say, not as I do".

4. If you were/are in the market for a new pet, how would you go about it? Shelter? Ad in the paper? Online? Pedigree purchase? Friends?

I'd go to friends first, followed by a shelter.

5. You move to a new town. Driving or walking by a house, you see the word PAEDO daubed in red on the door. What’s your reaction?

Confusion

6. If you buy something relatively cheap, either online or in a shop, and it doesn’t work as it should, do you usually send/bring it back or just shrug and say it was only a few dollars, I couldn’t be bothered?

I'm 50/50 on that one. The situation depends on how much I need/want the item.

Regarding question 3, "Name one thing that could have turned a “good” president (historically speaking - Lincoln, JFK, Clinton, Washington etc) into a bad one, and vice versa.", I'd like to include the following.

Canadians can be very snobby when it comes to our neighbours to the south, like we're somehow way better than they are (we're not). Too many point the finger and pass judgment. I'd rather not. I believe in the saying "if you don't vote, you have no right to complain".

1. Do you bite, clip or cut your fingernails?
I clip them but not often enough

2. If you see someone being pursued by the law (and assuming it’s nothing to do with you) what is your first thought/reaction?
pull out my phone and hope for the best

3. Name one thing that could have turned a “good” president (historically speaking - Lincoln, JFK, Clinton, Washington etc) into a bad one, and vice versa. Well in the case of Washington i would say that if instead of admitting to chopping down the cherry tree he murdered his parents with the axe.

4. If you were/are in the market for a new pet, how would you go about it? Shelter? Ad in the paper? Online? Pedigree purchase? Friends?
Black market.

5. You move to a new town. Driving or walking by a house, you see the word PAEDO daubed in red on the door. What’s your reaction?
I'd be outraged at the British spelling

6. If you buy something relatively cheap, either online or in a shop, and it doesn’t work as it should, do you usually send/bring it back or just shrug and say it was only a few dollars, I couldn’t be bothered?
depends on the product. I guess if it's cheap enough i usually just offset my losses by shoplifting the replacement.

1. Do you bite, clip or cut your fingernails?

I'm a biter. And the horrible thing is, you know (those of you who do as I do) when you realise that you've just bitten down too far and now you're either going to have to strip the fingernail down to the skin and it's really gonna hurt, or else leave a half-chewed nail hanging on by a string, which is going to be just as bad? Shudder. But I can't stand long fingernails, don't use clippers and it's all but impossible to cut your own with a nail scissors (though I have to do this for Karen, and file them too - cheers).

2. If you see someone being pursued by the law (and assuming it’s nothing to do with you) what is your first thought/reaction?

My day just got a little exciting. Also, stay the hell out of the way.

3. Name one thing that could have turned a “good” president (historically speaking - Lincoln, JFK, Clinton, Washington etc) into a bad one, and vice versa. In other words, in case you don’t get the concept, the single event or deed that could have defined their legacy in the exact opposite way it did.

Despite the fact that I hate him, and after all he did, I truly believe that if Trump had embraced the Pandemic, worked on a bipartisan response, mandated or "advised" mask wearing, social distancing and, later, vaccine uptake in red states, he could have been remembered as the president who saved America, instead of the ignorant, selfish ****wit who callously allowed over a million to die needlessly.

In terms of other presidents legacies:

Kennedy: Legacy is he tried to stop an assassin's bullet with his head. Did not work.

Clinton: Should have kept it in his pants.

Dubya: Wasted the world's sympathy after 9/11 and became instead most hated president, until Trump came along.

Carter: Failed to defeat American greed and selfishness and also failed to get the hostages back from Iran.

Bush Snr: Read his lips

Nixon: Crook-in-chief

4. If you were/are in the market for a new pet, how would you go about it? Shelter? Ad in the paper? Online? Pedigree purchase? Friends?

Shelter or friends, or possibly just wait for a stray to wander into my back garden. I'm friends with two cats now, but both have an owner (the same one I think) so it's almost the best of both worlds. I sort of have a pet, but don't have to feed, clean up after it or take it to the vet. Or spend any money on food, flea drops, litter etc. Oh yeah: and I don't have to clean out a litter tray. That was always fun.

5. You move to a new town. Driving or walking by a house, you see the word PAEDO daubed in red on the door. What’s your reaction?

At least someone knows how to spell!
In reality, dunno. I think I'd feel a bit creeped out, and try to find out who lived there after I firebombed I mean after some anonymous person firebombed the house...

Really though seriously: you can't take paint daubed on a house as proof of anything. The person who put it there might just have a grudge against the occupant. I've been called a paedo, and I HATE kids.

6. If you buy something relatively cheap, either online or in a shop, and it doesn’t work as it should, do you usually send/bring it back or just shrug and say it was only a few dollars, I couldn’t be bothered?

Chances are I'd say **** it and just grump about it. It's usually more hassle than it's worth. I did send a CD boombox back though; cost about 40 Euro and the radio - for which I bought it - was totally ****.

Do you bite, clip or cut your fingernails? My nails are always acrylic so none of the above; however, I clip my toenails.

2. If you see someone being pursued by the law (and assuming it’s nothing to do with you) what is your first thought/reaction? Film it most likely in case it goes sideways or the person is being arrested for no real reason.

3. Name one thing that could have turned a “good” president (historically speaking - Lincoln, JFK, Clinton, Washington etc) into a bad one, and vice versa. In other words, in case you don’t get the concept, the single event or deed that could have defined their legacy in the exact opposite way it did. Betraying the public and misspending tax payer money.

4. If you were/are in the market for a new pet, how would you go about it? Shelter? Ad in the paper? Online? Pedigree purchase? Friends? I would like a British Short Hair but would only adopt one in a shelter.

5. You move to a new town. Driving or walking by a house, you see the word PAEDO daubed in red on the door. What’s your reaction? No reaction, I'd carry on walking.

6. If you buy something relatively cheap, either online or in a shop, and it doesn’t work as it should, do you usually send/bring it back or just shrug and say it was only a few dollars, I couldn’t be bothered? The latter as I buy my clothes at thrift shops anyway so would just donate it back to them.
