My trip to Denver. 2. What religion were you brought up as, and do you still adhere to it? Brought up as Roman Catholic - don't adhere to one now. 3. Death and Taxes 6. What is the most boring book you ever read, or tried to read? A book about the history of economic policy in Chile. OK, settle down meatbags: here are the real questions.. 1. Far too long, as far as I can tell. 4. What time is it? 8:45PM 5. Why do fools fall in love? Because they're fools 6. What’s the big idea? Chemical castration for pedophiles, of course |

]1. What is the biggest adventure you have ever been on?
I once did 2 hits of LSD, smoked 6 bowls of hydroponic weed, and did 6 shots of whiskey. Pretty sure I went to another universe entirely for a while. 2. What religion were you brought up as, and do you still adhere to it? Protestant/Catholic, and definitely not. 3. What’s the craziest thing you ever did with your hair? Uuuhhh....I went to a Watain concert, and got pig's blood in my hair. Does that count?? 4. If you had the chance, whose life would you like to live for a week (can be someone alive or dead, famous or not, either gender)? Nobodies. Most people have ****ty lives, even famous people, even the people I take most of my creative influences from, and even the people and artists that I don't even like. 5. What hope do you see for the future? Perhaps a new Pre-Cambrian Era in a time after humans. 6. What is the most boring book you ever read, or tried to read? The Notebook. 1. Wish you were here? Where is "here?" 2. How soon is now? Right now, in this moment. 3. How long has this been going on? Too goddamn long... 4. What time is it? 10:38 A.M. -5 EST 5. Why do fools fall in love? Either because they are children and don't know any better, or because they haven't taken the imitative to make introspection a deeper priority. 6. What’s the big idea? Pros: Nothing exists. Cons: Nothing exists.

1. What is the biggest adventure you have ever been on?
Trip to Shanghai. 2. What religion were you brought up as, and do you still adhere to it? Raised Roman Catholic – don’t adhere. 3. What’s the craziest thing you ever did with your hair? Nothing crazy - I have boring hair and have had basically the same hairstyle all my life (maybe I overmilked the milkmaid braids look too far into my 20s). 4. If you had the chance, whose life would you like to live for a week (can be someone alive or dead, famous or not, either gender)? A studio session musician. 5. What hope do you see for the future? There is always hope. “Everything will turn out right in the end – the world is built on that.” – Mikhail Bulgakov 6. What is the most boring book you ever read, or tried to read? Tess of the d’Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy. The relentless bleakness, sadness and landscape descriptions wore me out. OK, settle down meatbags: here are the real questions.. 1. Wish you were here? I wish Syd were here. 2. How soon is now? William, it was really nothing. 3. How long has this been going on? Since 02-09-2008, the first 6-pack. 4. What time is it? 6:05 PM EST 5. Why do fools fall in love? Everybody plays the fool sometimes. 6. What’s the big idea? That’s a perfect answer – wish I’d thought of it. |

1. What is the biggest adventure you have ever been on?
I solo tripped Europe in 2016. Had an 8 hour layover in Oslo, grabbed a beer with Goofle in Manchester, tried haggis in Edinburgh, walked the wall in Belfast, talked to a racist drunk in Carlisle at 2am, drank with Swedish college girls in Dublin, hated almost everything about London, loved almost everything about Amsterdam, visited the beaches of Normandy, randomly ended up in Rouen, recovered in an apartment style rental in Bordeaux, ate pinxos in San Sebastien, explored the guts of an old church in Salamanca, walked the beaches of A Coruña, had a whole house to myself in Porto, almost got beat up by drug dealers in Lisobon, ate a lot of halal in Valencia, played ping pong in Barcelona, watch the Irish and Polish (Euro Cup) take over Nice, got claustrophobia in a tower in Florence, threw up over a balcony in Rome, and, finally, saw the Louvre in Paris. 2. What religion were you brought up as, and do you still adhere to it? Had my Catholic communion and then basically never wanted anything to do with religion since. I'm agnostic now and it'll stay that way. 3. What’s the craziest thing you ever did with your hair? I have never had a crazy haircut. Never dyed. It was pretty long once. 4. If you had the chance, whose life would you like to live for a week (can be someone alive or dead, famous or not, either gender)? Hemingway during one of his best weeks. 5. What hope do you see for the future? Stop having babies and we'll see if we all survive. 6. What is the most boring book you ever read, or tried to read? Honestly, Siddhartha. Same goes for Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. I'm just not interested in Eastern philosophy I guess. |

1. What is the biggest adventure you have ever been on?
I don't really do adventure (see my usertitle) but the trip on the Shannon was pretty cool. We almost sunk the cruiser (bent the propellor good) and I got drunk for only the second time in my life. Mind you, it was the year my best friend died (1987), so I had an excuse. 2. What religion were you brought up as, and do you still adhere to it? I'm Irish. Guess. And no, I don't believe in any god, but if I'm invited into Heaven at the end, sure it would be rude to say no, wouldn't it? Maybe just for the one, and I'll be on me way. 3. What’s the craziest thing you ever did with your hair? Grew a beard. It did not suit me. 4. If you had the chance, whose life would you like to live for a week (can be someone alive or dead, famous or not, either gender)? Dickens. Just to experience for once that kind of mind, the quintessential writer. 5. What hope do you see for the future? I reckon planet Earth has a bright future as a jungle planet once we've all killed ourselves. It's a young planet, it's got its whole life ahead of it, as long as we don't **** it completely. 6. What is the most boring book you ever read, or tried to read? Moby Dick. OK, settle down meatbags: here are the real questions.. 1. Wish you were here? I am here. 2. How soon is now? Not soon enough. 3. How long has this been going on? According to some hardline Christians, about 2000 years, but actually closer to about four billion. 4. What time is it? Time you bought a watch 5. Why do fools fall in love? Cos love is blind and they can't see where they're going 6. What’s the big idea? The opposite of the small idea.

1. What is the biggest adventure you have ever been on?
I’m not sure if I’d call it an “adventure,” but I arrived one afternoon for a weeklong stay of music and electronics in Linz, Austria. In the train station, on the floors were written “European Capital of Culture” which I thought was pretty brazen, but it turns out that every year various cities are chosen to receive that designation and the city usually puts an enormous amount of money into special events and beautification all year round. There was so much going on that since I couldn’t convey everything in emails to friends, I decided to put together a website to do so. 2. What religion were you brought up as, and do you still adhere to it? I brought myself up on Eastern-based religions and philosophies, but after meeting Alan Watts and John Cage at nearly the same time, my move to Buddhism and, to some extent, Taoism pretty much took hold. 3. What’s the craziest thing you ever did with your hair? My hair has been a myriad of different styles - from waist-length, to Kraftwerk Mensch-Maschine-era geometrics to multi-colored Liberty Spikes to cue ball bald. Right now it’s shoulder-length. 4. If you had the chance, whose life would you like to live for a week (can be someone alive or dead, famous or not, either gender)? This is pretty difficult because I would just like to live the best week of the various people I admire. Maybe James Joyce … 5. What hope do you see for the future? I hope to be going to bed within the next hour. 6. What is the most boring book you ever read, or tried to read? I don’t remember boring books - probably because if I come across something that I wouldn’t normally read, I still find a way to “use” it creatively. |

I always did well enough remembering the homework/lectures/etc 3. What’s your favourite holiday? Halloween, I always dress up. 4. Ignoring science and physics totally, if you had to eliminate one planet in our solar system, which one would it be? Neptune so that Uranus is at the end of the solar system lmao (**** you Pluto!) 5. What’s the most famous/your favourite landmark you’ve visited or seen? I caught a film at the Chinese Theatre in LA once. 6. You have a choice of only two occupations: gravedigger or working at an abattoir. Which do you choose? Gravedigger fosho. I'd learn a bunch of creepy songs and do it at like two a.m.

1. How many times have you been out of the country?
29 I think, not counting my move to England and the time my family accidentally drove into Belgium because we got lost 2. How hard do you/did you have to study for exams? Not hard at all. It wasn't all great in hindsight, it left me with a bad work ethic and frustrated teachers, family and friends, but I don't think I'd have stood a chance in education otherwise with my inability to pay attention 3. What’s your favourite holiday? Christmas because of the tree, and Sinterklaas because of the poems (if you celebrate it just with a small group and without the racism) 4. Ignoring science and physics totally, if you had to eliminate one planet in our solar system, which one would it be? Mars. My least favourite Greek/Roman god 5. What’s the most famous/your favourite landmark you’ve visited or seen? That one English cathedral (I don't remember which) where a choir was singing and I started crying because it was so beautiful and I think the church guy thought I had a religious epiphany 6. You have a choice of only two occupations: gravedigger or working at an abattoir. Which do you choose? Gravedigger seems like a rad job. You get to work in a garden of some kind with extra spooky vibes and hopefully you witness funeral drama now and then Now, let's all forget our troubles with a big bowl of ice cream! 1. What’s eating Gilbert Grape? Isn't he played by Leonardo DiCaprio? Then I sure hope someone eats his annoying face 2. Which way to the front? Left 3. Why always me? Because the Universe is indifferent 4. Will you? No 5. How many times must I say it? Zero, please 6. Who knows what tomorrow brings in a world few hearts survive? It can't be much good in that kind of world
