I haven't done anything serious in a few years... now I mostly just make overelaborate doodles when I get bored at work. Recently, though, I've gotten an itch to start painting, which would be new for me. My usual style is pencils only or digital only. Guess I'll see what happens.

Wow, Blarobbarg, I could have said the exact same thing- no joke. Except I got the chance to work a little bit with acrylic paint in art class. Hopefully you have the time to do something more serious so we can see it.

This is the result of one of my usual doodles. Just playing around with/ brainstorming shapes and colors to keep me sane. For a whole week a couple years ago, I went through an odd phase where whenever I got bored, I would trace my hand and fill it in somehow (all the while hiding it from my math teacher; I hate quadratics). This is the only one I ever finished. It sort of represents my style, but it's really basic...
