Ears aren't level anyway Ped, well mines aren't I always feel a slight squint when I wear sunglasses or that.

Yes, as Cru Hoor says, the colours are very effective. I`m particularly impressed by the unflinching look in your eyes, and the way you`ve drawn your hair so that it seems to fall so naturally.
Altogether it`s a very attractive portrait, though I think you`ve been uncharitable about your nose - much prettier in the MB photos thread !

Thanks guys. I have some kind of series in mind of self-portraits with skin-diseases, but I'm not adept with paint and I can't think of another medium I'd want to do it in.
