I would love doing album covers, I always have this really cool internal music video going on when I listen to anything (read: I did way too much acid when I was in college, haha) so that'd be really easy and massively fun. Nothing beats combining your two greatest loves. It's the same feeling the guys who discovered "Chocolate + Peanut Butter = Awesome" had at that precise moment.

And Odyshape: Holy hell. I love those things. I could see this really awesome Flash cartoon coming from you.
It's kind of reminds me of a combination of David Firth's work and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

Reminds much more of Invader Zim, but I can see the influence. Still great though. I would love to start drawing again, I'm just too lazy and have been spending much more time learning music. I really should dedicate more time to both though.

music_phantom13 08-28-2009 07:52 PM

When I see threads like this or other people's art, it always makes me wish I could draw. Sadly, I fail. Oh well, at least I have music.

FETCHER. 09-01-2009 04:24 PM

not really a clear photo but its a pic of my friend with my millenry design piece on her head.

my art...hmm well im really just a beginning artist, but its a big deal to me so ill post. The first one is a self portrait in graphite, it sucks im working on another one. The next is an emo painting in acrylic. Then a watercolor poppy, then a collage called drowning, then a still life in white sulphite

i meant to post this one instead of the self portrait. another still life in pastel this time. I really think pastel is going to be my favorite medium. I also really enjoyed doing this chalk art in my community for the fourth of july

likuidcoka 09-06-2009 07:54 AM

good stuff. I like the first one better.

I like this thread.
