They were more of emotional decisions, but ones I can say I'll never regret. The next tattoo I get will probably be something a little less emotional, but still meaningful to me.

these were his initials, I actually got this one second..

and this is just my middle name, which I get made fun of for having on my wrist, but that's what he called me by, never my first name. and always with a smile in his eyes..

sounds a bit like my mom. if i say the words 'i' and 'tattoo' in the same sentence she nearly passes out. same with 'i' and 'alcohol' or 'i' and 'drugs'

If I was your mom I'd pass out too.

My friend is planning on getting a Dr. Who tattoo when she's older
she is sooooo going to regret that.

ahh, the drugs part maybe I can understand a bit more since she is mom and whatnot haha. probably the alcohol too, again, with her being a parent.

I don't really understand the need to have meltdown about a tattoo on someone else's body though, never made much sense to me. my mother would have signed for me to get a tattoo when I was 16, but I wanted to wait until I could do it myself. She, however, felt the need to tell me I was not going to pierce my nose or my lip after I was of legal age to do so. Needless to say, I came home on different occasions with both of them done. Now, I want a new tattoo and she is telling me I'm going to wait. Did the piercings not prove anything at all? like maybe, just maybe, I might do it regardless? hmm.. (:
