Depends where you're looking to work. If you're going for Microsoft, it could be an issue. I don't want to say its Game Theory because we have statistical facts at hand, but look at it this way.

Do they need your expertise? Yes? - Tattoo is irrelevent.

Do they need your expertise? No? - Might matter.

I don't think its going to be nearly as big a deal as you make it out to be. Are you set on staying in LA?

It's a tribal tattoo of a coqui (a little frog in Puerto Rico). It stands for the Taino tribe, the ancestors of Puerto Ricans.

no i mean i want something that symbolises a massive part of my life. im thinking of quotes so far, or something else. im not entirely sure. I want lyrics of a song that i listened to alot around the time of my grans death too. I'm very unsure haha. I change my mind too often! :D

I was going to just get one solid colour, like a black or green, but this gave it more personality. I'm not sure how I feel about the white, yet. it might just be too white right now because it's new and such, I'/m hoping it dies down a little bit.
