Yeah, they are doing that now in A schools, it's not as strict once you get into the fleet and start to get treated somewhat like an adult. They sent a few people to mast for unapproved tattoos when I was in Meridian, and they weren't even that bad. One wasn't even visible, his roommate ratted him out for getting it.
