I thought that at first too but looking closer I think it is indeed an 'H' - dude knows his hair metal.
I was naturally shocked to see the tat at first but after staring at it for a while I'm starting to think that I like this more than a lot of even the good tattoos that I have seen let alone the bad ones. The House of Pain has got to go but the rest is pretty cool. I like to imagine that the guy just handed over one of his school notebooks from 1987 to the artist and told him to copy it all onto his back.
