Anyhoo, I thought I had already posted about my username in here but I guess not. My name comes from my main music project, Janszoon. That band (not really a band since it's just me) is named after the Dutch navigator Willem Janszoon. Why is my band named after him? Because when I was trying to come up with a name for the band I happened to be reading a book that talked about Willem Janszoon and I really liked the look and sound of the name. Later on I found out it was the Dutch version of Johnson and I thought that was so funny that it totally clinched the deal for me.
