Isreal did it
with musharaff because Bhutto was going to expose him and bush's connections with Israel and how Omar supposedly killed osama

^ do you have any information whatsoever to back up that claim? or is it another theory along the same lines as bush planned 9/11 and santa claus and the easter bunny are evil mascots thought up by the government designed and keep the world hooked on fatty foods laced with mind control hormones?

Lol what? Yes they are. Even if that were true I don't understand your logic, Al-Qaeda can't have committed it because they're a government but Israel could've because they're a what? Answer this for me, I know you can.

I'm not sure where to begin with the stupidity of that statement. Maybe with the "government" label. To be a government, they would actually have to have power over a country. Al-queda hasn't had control over afghanistan for a long time now. Actually, I'm not even going to bother continuing this explanation, that statement was just too retarded to waste any more time on.

I'll get on to the issue of the thread and add in a few points. The situation in pakistan will just get worse and worse over the next few weeks, and it's pretty much impossible to determine what will happen. The elections going on as planned could do something to diffuse the situation, although I have a feeling that it would end up causing more violence and unrest. There seems to be a recurring theme with highly disputed elections in countries which have hundreds of years of history ruled by dictatorial regimes. There's already too much unrest to hope for an entirely peacefull elections, and I can't help but expect that whoever did win would end up facing riots and massive unrest as soon as the results were announced.

On to the identity of Bhutto's murderers. The most common opinion seems to be that al-queda was responsible, and there have been reported transcripts of audio tapes where prominent al queda leaders praise each other for her murder, however, the tapes havent been released, and there is as yet no reliable hard evidence to support the claims that they are responsible.

Possibly but theres to much confusion to know for sure, about anything.
The whole areas a mess

The Us does nothing to help, they deter the situation, and alot of animosity comes from isreals hostility.

was that before or after the tooth fairy invited you to dinner?

seriously, you've done the work starting a discussion about this issue. now let people with an education share their thoughts and sit quietly and listen; you just might learn something.

the US has implemented Musharrif as a puppet, I'd say they've done enough already. The most important thing for the US right now is to maybe, JUST MAYBE, learn from past mistakes. The US has a LONG history of invading a country under the guise of promoting stability, then leaving it broken and violent for the people to pick back up and saying "well we did all we could." Any foreign military power in pakistan right now would be an utter disaster. There's a huge militant islamic presence now, and a horrifyingly unstable government. Those militant islamic groups would be a whole lot more violent if another nation occupied the country. Sh*t = about to hit the fan and any military involvement by a foreign nation would be tantamount to adding dynamite to said sh*t.
