Yeah I just read my post and it did sound pretty confusing. I give up. All I know is people who have a natural high tolerance get it out of their system faster.

But I feel you on the other stuff...that has happened to me a number of times. At some point, I managed to keep it to only smoking at night, but it has gotten worse before. I don't care, though, since I am obviously able to quit when I need to. I haven't smoked for 3 months...and before that 6 months.
