I don't consider a Salvia experience to be bad, per-se... Just so alien and intense and unrecognizable that it shakes you while you're still in the 5 minute realm of comprehending what just happened to you.

me and like 5 friends all did salvia one night. my trip was that like all of us were connected via like a roller coaster track(yes it sounds wierd but thats best i can explain it). i had actual pain in my back where i thought i was hooked in. i didnt like it. however i think i had some bad vibes going in cuz this girl did it before me and had a **** trip also.

It's better not to do Salvia around other people.
It's more of a personal thing. You go somewhere to some other world then you come back and silently think about what just happened.

You get the best out of it when you do it that way.
