Trust me, I agree with you. It’s an unfortunate tension in the relationship I have with my parents. They went from being fundamentalist Christians to being fundamentalist hippies.

It generally has a calming effect when consumed, and may have other uses, but widespread verifiable scientific studies are still inconclusive.

I have a GP appointment on Wednesday. I am going to ask about CBD oil and if it will react with my SSRI.

If I get told it's OK I will try some. I don't mind either vaping it (in my vape that I vape e liquid in) or putting drops under my tongue or whatever it is. What do I need to be looking for when it comes to purchasing?
