I've never noticed much of a hangover, except for being incredibly tired and generally worn out. Or is that what you mean?

I definitely have had very strong ones. Gave me butterflies in the stomach and I got a little pale on a few occasions, but never puked. Then again, puking is a rarity for me on any drug. I remember the last time I puked when I was hungover, I called my friend and told him about it because it never happens to me.

Still, don't expect to puke and it'll be far less likely that you will.

I just found that staying hydrated made getting back to the real life always a bit easier physically.

Thankfully I'v never had to return to real life right after the trip.

Mushrooms are fucking brilliant.

Me and a few mates used to buy them from this shop at Brindleyplace called Zen every winter. They became class A in 2006 I think it was, though once you dried them out they were class A anyway. Had about 4 really good trips on them, then a very bad one after smoking a spliff waiting for them to kick in and not touched them since. I remember trying to change the track on a CD player and the buttons were moving from my hand, when I held my arm out it looked miles away. Was shitting myself so we went to a mate's house and walking up the road felt like walking through treacle.

The good trips were belters though, just a wave of euphoria and giggles going through you, the Christmas lights and that looked amazing.

Still got the shop menu from when they were legal.

Been meaning to go and pick them around September/October time every year cos they grow not far from where I live but don't trust myself to pick the right ones.

EDIT: Also agree with grindy, never had a hangover or comedown, as they wore off it felt great and I just wanted to go to sleep and laugh to myself or chat shit with friends.

I like shrooms a lot too, but I haven't felt like going deep with them lately. A hardcore trip is pretty hardcore.

I have been microdosing them though, and I think that works pretty well.

The one time I ever tried them I likewise had problems with a stereo. I walked up, stared at it, looked at all the CDs lying around, and just had no ****ing clue what to do next. I was mentally incapable of dealing with something so complicated as choosing and then changing a CD.

I went back to the group of people I was with in defeat, and one guy asked me why I hadn't changed the music. He was kind of a douche anyway, so I told him to change it himself.

Not sure if this matters, but I'd call mushrooms when used in actual cooking to be my #1 least favorite food that I've ever tried. If it's on pizza I refuse to eat it. Once I was staying in a cabin where my friend's mom was cooking mushrooms and I couldn't even be in there because the smell disgusted me so badly

However the desire to try having a fun trip is enough to make me want to eat these psychedelic ones anyway. I'm just so worried that the taste and texture will gross me out to levels I've never experienced and it's kinda hard to get that out of my head lol

They taste like ass.. I've ate tons of dried shrooms on stuff and plain, it's never made me gag or anything. I have puked from doing too much though. I recommend undoing the staple on a tea bag and cutting them up really fine and adding them in.. Then relax with a nice cup of tea and get wasted. OR Grilled cheese with bacon and shrooms

How are the fresh ones? I've never had the chance to do them.
