I wish my body would let me off as lightly. I won't go in to detail, but the stuff my lungs are bringing up is awful, whilst I'm aching, itching, feeling dizzy/headachey and racked with anxiety. I was expecting some sort of withdrawal, but didn't think it would hit me this quick with such intensity. Patches have alleviated the cravings, though. I went out with friends on Friday and managed to overcome the temptation.

I can't complain too much, I've given my body enough shit over the last few years, and now it's dishing out some penance.
