One of the many reasons drug so called education can be dangerous is misinformation the young are often given, especially in schools. Instance, tell them marijuana will send you insane, the young try it with no more than enjoyment so presume everything else they’ve been told about other drugs isn’t to be trusted. Secondly we have to face the fact drugs aren’t always what they’re sold as. So called LSD today can be a toxic combination of anything from horse tranquilliser to God knows what. Mr Leary’s original recipe seldom has anything to do with it today.
On the other hand some unexpected poisons can be ingested along with drugs such as grass. Instance, Giberillic Acid a growth hormone is sprayed onto grass heads to increase the amount of head to leaf ratio. Giberillic acid is a dangerous carcinogen. So, grow and harvest your own.
As someone else has pointed out here, whom with and where you consume drugs is important, especially with more powerful hallucinogens.
Most important though is to avoid the trap of generalisations. Simply put, the same drug can have hugely different effects on different individuals.
