I tried CBD for the first time the other night [the kind with no THC]. Bought 100mg infused in gummy bears for ~ $15 USD from a local gas station. "Green Roads" was the brand.

Took it all at once. It was bitter and left my tongue a little numb.

Started working in a couple of minutes. Gave me an overall calming sensation and left me mentally focused. It lasted for maybe half an hour.

CBD's awesome for muscle soreness and insomnia, but it's about as fun of a recreational drug as chamomile tea.

Yeah, I just figured that this thread was more appropriate than the "Your Day" thread to post it in. And the price is too high, unless you buy the liquid in large bulk containers or make it yourself. As part of a cancer treatment regimen, I could see paying for it, but not for everyday aches and pains.

I give my dog cbd treats for his anxiety. It helps him a lot.
