My dad is worried about my little brother:
He has tea lying around in his room, wrapped in a sheet of paper. My dad also found a piece of cigarette paper and lighters.
What the **** is up with that? Do the kids smoke tea these days? Do they mix it with something else? And yes, it's actual, normal black tea.

Sounds like it. The only other thing i know of using tea bags for are shrooms.

Nah. He's not dumb and it was some tea from his home.

I drink and that's about it. I use to experiment quite a bit, and I was a habitual pot smoker for a very long time. So, for a while, weed was my favorite, only because I could smoke it every day and still feel functional. But overall, my favorite drug experiences were when I was on acid. I went through about a six to a year period where I did acid at least once a month. Fun times, certainly.

Well, if you smoke anything it will make you feel relaxed. My guess is that he's out of weed and not out of rolling papers and lighters. Idunno about the tea, though.
