i've used a bowl that was comparable to blunt hits before... cause of the size/design... but then the whole 'waste of weed' argument doesn't apply, to me. cause you have to pack a lot of weed to get a big hit. maybe a blunt is a waste of weed if you roll it ****ty or if you sit there holding it forever. usually i would hit it more or less non-stop until the halfway point or so and then put it out.
and @ chula.. sorry man, nothing against your generation. but my experience with those white papers is not great. they burn way faster than a dutch would. my dad told me that weed back in the day was pretty weak and dirt cheap compared to modern weed... so maybe that's why you guys didn't give a **** and stuck to those white papers
