MDMA, in my limited (30+) experience is usually cut with cheap speed or downers.
I mean like 99% of the time. But, that's here in Mexico. Where they 'manufacture' it....so....

Mushrooms, boiled in vinegar, I've found, of all things, helps with indigestion.
Also, as I said, wine, something to calm the nerves. You can make an elixir, of course.

But even Datura has it's uses.

I've heard the vinegar concoction before from deadheads. I prefer the tea as it creates a rather euphoric high. I somehow figured you to be from Europe.
