never used a sleeping pill(aside from PM over the counter cough etc). how are they?

I don't know what kind he took, but I've taken Ambien and Sonata on multiple occasions and those are fun if you stay up past the "sleepy" zone. The main effect is hallucinations, but they're more the kind you have to "look" for. Like staring at a tree and seeing faces formed from the leaves and branches, etc.

Bad thing with both those pills are if you take enough, you don't remember what happened, and you tend to do stuff unconsciously. My dad used to be on Sonata hardcore and would wake up in the night and start preparing a ton food to eat while out cold, and wouldn't remember what happened.

How many people here are opiate types? I'm not, but I did a fair amount last year in college. I remember once, in my friend's dorm room, people are watching the show Intervention, they LOVE that show in that room, and they are all the biggest druggies. So people are selling and breaking out OC 80s, doing lines while Intervention is playing. I was rolling a blunt and just laughing at the juxtaposition.

as far as opiates go, i'm a fan of hydrocodone and morphine. however that is the extent of my knowledge. in addition, i have always mixed them with pot so i haven't used a great amount. the most i ever took was 50-60mg of hyrdos. they can give some great euphoria and body buzzes.

intervention is one of those shows that are really cool the first five or so episodes. after that they become exceedingly stale.

Opiates put me to sleep. I can do that on my own, without paying for it.

A hose clamp can be used to grind pills into a fine powder.

No, I do 60-90mg lines of Adderall daily. It would make it a lot less rough with a hose clamp, no little chunks.

I was just wondering about opiates because they don't seem to be as popular on this board, but I'm generally a fan. I've tried Heroin a few times and am not averse to an Oxycontin pill(a Roxy, 20-30ish mgs, it hasn't been very clear) once or twice a month, at most, but this summer, no opiates for me. College will bring about opiates though, it's inevitable.

URI=UR High. Last semester there was a surprising amount of Heroin-related drama amongst my friends, but that'll be gone now that the one guy who supplied it dropped out, and some of the users. Back to OCs for most people now, though I wouldn't be surprised if the big H somehow slinks it's way back into the picture somehow. Interesting, but in the end, destructive and sad.

It's fun yet scary, in the sort of sky-diver, extreme sport adrenaline sort of way, being in the chaotic storm of a tight group of friends, stoners at heart, doing drugs and being wicked and not knowing what'll happen from one day to the next. And we all live on campus, in a relatively small area, strictly for dorms, so it's like living in a mini-town with people all your age.
