I'd expect that it won't be long before all the states ban it. Anything like that, that gets as much media coverage as this stuff does, is bound to get the attention of state government.

I don't expect it will remain legal in the US for much longer, as you said the more mainstream attention it gets the more likely Fox News will do a special report on how it's killing kids and whatnot. I'm actually quite happy with it, I may even get myself a dugout again and just carry a little bit of this on me. A joint of this stuff makes me retarded, but a few hits on the dugout would be more than enough for me to get floaty, but functional, perfect for the hours between classes. Also as long as it remains legal I don't really have to worry as much as if I was carrying pot on me.

It is pretty amazing that this stuff still is legal though, as my friends pointed out last night. Besides the taste the high is pretty much the exact same for me as it is with pot, the big difference is the speed in which I get into full high mode. With pot I get a little bit more stoned with each hit off the joint/bong/pipe whatever until it's finished and I am in my full stoned phase. With Spice, it takes a little longer for me to feel it, but it just turns on like a light switch and it gets pretty intense for a few minutes. It also finishes just as fast as it starts, I mean I can feel it starting to wear off, but when it's over, it's over. My friend and I made the mistake of not waiting for the high to come over us on Friday and smoked another bowl immediately after the first one, which definitely tipped my buddy over the edge a little bit. For a good 20 minutes or so I could only do short sentences, I had a very limited memory, and had some trouble piecing together the plot of the movie we were watching. Other than that I really enjoyed the trip.

I feel the body buzz is similar, but I don't think it is comparable to the head high of bud very much. The most enjoyable part is the thought process and creativity you gain from MJ, and with JWH I feel like a thoughtless zombie. I feel if I were being tested it is a great alternative, however I'm not, and don't see the need. I wonder if it is considered a research chemical. My buddy was making it for a bit and said he had to spray on the actual JWH. The fact that is legal might be kind of shaky. I would keep it on the DL. I know for research chems such as the 2Cs, Meph etc...they are technically legal, but you can still get busted for it.

So basically I got caught smoking weed after my acid night which I stated earlier. And I said in my post THANK GOD my parents didn't find about the acid/pills/syrup/and whatever else.
Unfortuanatly they got on my internet history and looked at every post I had made in this thread. Posts such as "hey I can sell you guys acid over the internet" and posts like "parents in the other room, just hit an oxy line i stole from my dad and smoked a bowl".
Yeah, not good.
So I cleaned up and then got caught stealing cough syrup about a month after getting caught. So my parents sent my ass to outpatient rehab. Its been 8 weeks since then and I've graduated.
Woo.

I've cleaned up for the most part. I'm allowed to drink and smoke cigarettes.. so at least I have that goin.

Damn man, that sucks.

the other day i was bored and couldn't find anyone to sell me some weed. so i got some of this http://www.highlifeusa.com/v/vspfile.../SpikeM-2T.jpg(the strongest they had). it reproduces some of the feeling you get when you smoke green. however it lasts about half as long, is made in china, you can OD on it(uncontrollable twitching, panic attack like symptoms, maybe worse), tears the shit out of your lungs/throat, isn't natural, and is sold as incense(among other things). apparently you are supposed to be fairly careful on the amount you consume. the other night i guess i smoked too much and i started getting a bit of twitching. don't think i will be doing this again...
