Herbal Incense (Serenity)
Has any one tried the new herbal incense that you can buy over the counter now, they have vanilla, strawberry, mint, and so on, (Serenity) except instead of burning it for the aroma, if you smoke it, it gives you almost the same high as pot, and it really is almost just as good as most bud except for the cronic, it cost a little more $, close to $40 for 1.5 grams & around $70 for 3.5 grams, its legal in some states for the time being and isnt detected in a drug test, I bought some while I was in Texas a couple of weeks back, I dont think you can buy it here in Ohio, not sure.

I know, I had the same reaction, a friend of mine is a little obsessed with this Serenity thing and has done alot of research over the internet, it is up to be voted on to make it illegal in the US, it already is illegal in other countries, it contains red clover, blue lotus, lions tail, almond, honey, etc. but I guess it is a chemical that is introduced into the ingredients that causes the high feeling, it could all become illegal within the next couple of months in the US.

^Such highs could be simple placebos, imaginary highs caused by belief that the incense has an intoxicating effect. It might be real as well of course .. Either way, I don't think it's smart to smoke something you don't know what contains, especially if it has a real effect on the nervous system. Before you find out what it is you're smoking and get some detailed info, you don't know if or how it may potentially harm you.

Guys, all those "legal herbs" like K2 and Serenity and all that... they use a chemical. I think the main one is JWH-018. Look it up... it does mostly the same thing as THC does in the brain. It's not a placebo. It doesn't matter what the "herb" or other smoking material/matter is, either.
You could put the stuff on oak tree leaves and get the same effect. And since the chemical isn't regulated everywhere yet, it's being used in the production of "legal weed" and sold wherever it can be. Quite successfully I might add. You can probably order the chemical online and make your own. I'm sure there are already guides on the web. Anyway, I just thought it was worth mentioning that you can give all these new pseudo-weed products different names and different opinions, but it really comes down to what's being put in them, which is mostly known at this point. As far as I know, there are some other variants of JWH-018 that may be used instead. It's already known about JWH-018 being in those products already. And laws are already being signed to ban them for that very reason. |
