Regular P.C's
Never found anything other than those around here... but we've found some HUGE ones. I'm talking caps that filled your palm.
Haha... I remember when we first started shrooming we found a good field in the ass end of Louisiana called "Dularge" and hit it up right around dawn... came back with two grocery bags (the plastic ones) FULL of PC's. Over half of them ended up going to waste because we didn't know how to store them at the time.

We always made sure to shake the shroom though. hehe.
Yea, we got run out of that pasture after a while. Then the owner started giving their cows that crap and it all dried up.

you can buy spores online...they are legal to sell i believe (though it's a very sketchy business)

Yeah, I have a buddy that is cultivating some right now, and has been for about 2 years. I believe it is called mycology. I have a 'guide' he sent me if you are more interested. It basically consists of placing spores onto a sand castle like matter called Mycelium (once again, I believe that is the name) and placing it all into a greenhouse like container. There are timers and what not involved like most indoor cultivations. He used to send me multiple ounces at a time to get rid of, and plenty enough for myself. They are pretty potent, but I think a lot of it has to do with the mycelium.

Freebase, we got PCs here too, but I have been reading up on the different varieties found around the southeast, and I am fully intrigued with expanding my horizons, but at the same time held back as PCs are fairly unmistakable and most others are not so much. I was hoping you would have knowledge in the hunt of a more rare sort.

Mycology is the study of fungi just like botany is the study of plants and zoology is the study of animals. :)

The mushroom part of a fungus is not "the fungus". It's simply a fruiting body! The rest of the mushrooms, the vegetative parts, look more like tendrils growing in the substrate (soil). That is what's called mycelium. A typical fungi lives it's life in the soil as mycelium and then it grows mushrooms to spread spores when conditions are good, for example once a year provided it's nice and moist.

Some mycology 101 there :p: They are very fascinating organisms.
