That probably speaks more to drugs like Ecstasy and other similar stuff, but I definitely don't see the harm in taking vitamins before and after doing any drug, whether natural or not.

To be frank I've seen very few movies with him... I just love The Big Lebowski. However Iron Man is a cool action flick (Robert Downey Jr. ftw and I've heard that Crazy Heart is great, though I haven't seen it. Gotta get on that soon...

I hear he's a pretty inconsistent actor actually. Or at least he's been in some really shitty films.
