I apologize to anyone who was secretly hoping this thread would quietly fade into obscurity... but:

I've recently found out about Mephedrone (4-methylmethcathinone).. It's sort of a broad analogue of MDMA, and has what users describe as a mixture of effects similar to Ecstasy and Cocaine. The price is drastically lower than street drugs.
It's a research chemical that's legal in most countries, excluding a few that have banned the specific substance, and the U.S. which has the Analogue Act pretty much blanket-banning any substance that makes you feel good besides coffee, alcohol, and prescriptions.

In the UK, it's completely legal and is quickly becoming a popular club drug.
Being that some of you are from the UK and possibly other areas where it's freely available, I was wondering if any of you have tried this stuff and what your thoughts on it are.

i havent personally tryed it, but when in ibiza a close friend of mines who is into his drugs tryed MDMA (liquid ecstasy) and he said it was the best trip he has ever had. it also tastes like pish apparantly. but wither the average ecstasy is just shitty quality about here, i dont know. but i do know alot of people who have said the same. :)

i read your post wrong and thought you were speaking og MDMA, n not the legal replacement type thing. but i havent tryed the legal version either. do you know if its legal in the UK?

I've done lots of drugs. plants, extracts, pharmos, hard ****, nicotine valium vicodin etc. but for my money, nothing does what a stiff scotch can

I havent experimented with many drugs.Ive done coke,wasnt a big fan and never did it again.I smoked crack,didnt like it,never did it again.Plus I like to feel my jaw.I sniffed paint,not because I wanted to.My dad was a body man/painter of cars and we would be in the paint booth with him (bros)without masks not knowing we were getting fu**ed up LOL.I was like 6 yrs old.Last but not least theres weed.A few years back id say I smoked about 3 to 4 times a week.Loved each time I did it.About 3 years ago I stopped and Id say I smoke like 2 or 3 times a year! Not big into drugs,but I like booze!

Yes, it's legal in the UK.
From what I ascertained from trip reports, in comparison to actual MDMA, it's right up there with it.

I have brought up the 2c family at least 3 times in this thread with barely any responses :( 2ce is an incredible substance.

i honestly havent heard of this, 2c family.
is that slang dialect for a drug i would already know :laughing:?
