Ahh I see.
Well, I think the British are of the opinion that Americans like to abbreviate just about everything. What was lovingly known as the Champions League, or the European Cup is now being referred to as the ECL. There does seem to be a trend towards 'Americanising' certain things and the British public are by nature traditionalists. Americanisation has been creeping up on us on all fronts at the expense of our own culture. |

Creeping? Judging by our high Street, they have us. damn shame. This is NOT an anti American rant. It is merely a slow glance backwards trying to grab the last vestiges of our national identity. Melodramatic maybe, but an apposite view.

But Team B AT Team A , smacks of the NFL to me , and I don't like it. It should be referred to as Team A VS Team B like it has been for centuries. And while i'm on the subject i'm convinced this picture was taken just to annoy me.
