Problem (copyright, 2001, Computer)

I'm on a different computer now to my home one and I've only just managed to get on here after a few days. Recently my own computer has been having real bad problems loading up the site and says it can't connect to the server or some other computer terminology idk. Basically it's just the page you get when it's taking too long to load.

It just seems to be my compter after being on this different one, I even searched for MB on Google and tried to get on it their to see if one of my links was funked, but I still couldn't get on.

Anybody know why this could be or if I'm not the only one with the problem?
