To defend myself against bastards like bunglowbill, who keeps lurking around and commenting on my weight and get their kicks from insulting insecure girls over the interwebz, I carry it well for being so short. I actually DO have figure and shape. And really, as long as you have some muscle tone and its not all fat, 160 is NOT a ton of weight.

Ah fúck him, he is not worth a reply. Be who you are, not what someone else thinks you should be.

If you're big-build then 5'4'' and 160 isn't too fat, depending on where that fat is. I recommend following my fatness guideline: if you are a woman and have a big fat belly then you are too fat and must do exercise + eat less crap. Fat anywhere else is fine, just not big fat bellyfat.

I dont. I have a wide build so the weight is all evenly distributed and not all focused on my stomach or thighs or anything in particular. And I dance and do some cardio along with a ****load of walking so I'm still somewhat fit(despite my pack a day smoking habit lol).
