so i just bought a new amp...
 

a Randall 200w halfstack from musicians friend. put quite a damper in my wallet. alltogether it was 734.99. im wondering if it was fully worth it, does anyone own any other randall gear? i hear its great from almost everyone but from a few people ive heard some bad stuff.

damn, that is a lot of money. i need money horribly but i don't have time to work this season, damn school. have you tried it out yet, what do you think?

i have yet to receive it and thats why im asking. i needed a high watt cab. and this is the only thing i could find that was in the 200w area and was still a half stack. its had great reviews but i heard that someones busted after only 3 months.

If you've heard more good reviews than bad, I'd go with those. whatever you buy there's always gonna be idiots who misuse them, or dont know how to use them and give them a bad review. plus pay attention to the source of the review. if the person writing it is a really serious musician, or someone with a lot of knowledge, they're obviously gonna be more reliable than some kid with a lot of extra cash who decided to buy an amp.

I just steal amps, its so much easier. I beat up some emo kids and stole their equipment.

thats so lame. seriously.
