i am sure a few people were dissapointed that the old thread was closed so i read one of the posts and decided to try and give it a shot and fix the grammar..... well here goes..:(

When you are in a good relationship you do things for each other because you want to. If you do things for your partner because they force you to, that is a form of abuse. Nobody has the right to "own" another person. Also, you need some self respect. If you do absolutely "anything" for your partner, you have some abandonment issues you need to be worked out in therapy.

I am a psychology major so of course I would take this seriously, lol.
And by me being female, I would take offense if someone told me I am "owned" by my boyfriend. But that's just me.
