i was expecting to go into a thread appreciating his boring, unoriginal, bland humour.

Honestly, all the guy does is rip off other comedians and he doesn't even do a good job of it.

That bit about the car alarms is priceless.

I'll admit that his HBO Special was abyssmal though.

Well, even though the thread had the opposite intention, thanks for making me find out that I like Dane Cook. The subject matter is extremely normal (I think somebody else said 'bland' which is also quite accurate) but his delivery is truly excellent.
